Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that use of crypto-related or rewards services is lawful where you live.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must verify your email when prompted and may enable two-factor authentication for additional security.
• We may suspend or freeze accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are subject to compliance review.

3. Platform services

Lyma Win provides a digital platform for USDT-denominated balances, deposits, investment-style packages with daily Lyma reward points, internal transfers, points exchange, withdrawals, referrals, and identity verification. Features available to you may depend on your verification status and operator configuration.

We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits must use official wallet addresses shown in the app. You may be required to upload proof; credits occur only after operator approval.
• Withdrawals are subject to review, payout method rules, minimum amounts, and processing times displayed in the app.
• You are solely responsible for providing correct wallet or payout details. Transfers sent to wrong addresses may be irreversible.

5. Packages, rewards, and exchange

• Package terms (price, daily points, minimum hold, payout delay) are shown before purchase and snapshotted at the time of purchase.
• Reward accrual and points exchange rates may depend on your KYC tier and administrator-configured rates.
• Exit from a package may require administrator approval and scheduled payout as described in the app.
• Past reward performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Identity verification

We may require KYC before certain features or higher exchange tiers. You agree to submit truthful documents and cooperate with resubmission requests. False or misleading information may result in rejection, freeze, or termination.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or circumventing limits and reviews
• Using the platform where prohibited by law
• Sharing accounts, scraping APIs without permission, or attacking our systems
• Harassment of staff or other users
• Uploading malware, illegal content, or documents that are not your own

8. Intellectual property

The app, brand, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". See our Risk Disclaimer for important information about crypto and financial risks. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or digital assets arising from your use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars, unless a higher minimum is required by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or operational necessity. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and dispute terms) will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Lyma Win, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with support at info@lymawin.com. Where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country, those rights remain unaffected.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
